Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our third-party payment provider (Yoco). You will receive an email confirmation of your order.

Delivery & Fulfilment

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with Section 44 of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel an order of goods purchased online within 5 business days of receiving the goods, without reason or penalty. This cooling-off period does not apply to custom-made or personalised products. See our Refund Policy for full details.
